I have been active in the telecommunications and information technology sector for over 20 years.
Throughout my career, I have worked in alternate telecom operation, corporate communication solutions, VoIP technologies, internet services, system integration, and digital transformation.
By actively participating in both the commercial and distribution sides of the telecom sector, as well as in technical infrastructure, operations, and product development processes, I gained experience in how to manage a technology company from end to end.
I started my professional life after university education with Eurotel, of which I am a founding partner.
In 2005, I co-founded Roitel with my partners, expanding our activities into the telecom operation field. During this period, as an alternative telecom operator, we gained experience in voice services, corporate communication solutions, infrastructure management, and developing technology solutions tailored to customer needs.
We experienced that a telecom operator is not just a service-selling structure; it can grow through strong infrastructure, operational competence, customer experience, and sustainable technology investments.
In 2017, we acquired Sintel, a company operating in system integration and corporate technology solutions, and merged Eurotel's organization under the Sintel umbrella.
With this process, alongside telecommunications services, we began offering broader solutions such as system integration, corporate technology solutions, and digital transformation needs for enterprises.
In 2022, following the partnership process with Karel Elektronik, Roitel continued its operations as Karel İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.
With the partnership with Karel Elektronik, as one of Turkey’s established alternative telecom operators, we continue to provide services in voice, internet, cloud communication, corporate communication, and next-generation communication technologies.
Since the establishment of Karel İletişim, I have played an active role in the company's development, operational processes, technological infrastructure, and the growth of the services offered to customers.
Throughout my career in the industry, I have worked on both the distribution and partnership side of telecommunications, as well as on technical infrastructure, operations, and product development.
For me, a successful technology company is not just one with strong sales channels but one that also stands out with robust infrastructure, operational capability, customer experience, and technology development competence.
Today, I continue my work focusing on developing reliable and sustainable technology solutions tailored to business communication needs, following new generation communication technologies, and creating long-term value-creating business collaborations in the industry.
