MailStore 25.2 Version Released
MailStore version 25.2 adds support for OAuth authentication with Outlook.com and email archiving for NoSpamProxy users.
Today we are pleased to announce a new version of our e-mail archiving software: MailStore Server version 25.2, MailStore Service Provider Edition (SPE), MailStore Gateway, and MailStore Home are now available.
New Features in MailStore version 25.2
With MailStore 25.2, you can look forward to new archiving options. In addition, the security of our software has been further improved.
MailStore Supports OAuth Authentication for Outlook.com
MailStore archiving profile now finally supports OAuth authentication for Outlook.com, including all e-mail domains (e.g., outlook.com, live.com, hotmail.com, and msn.com). This leaves behind the login issues of the past.
E-mail Archiving for NoSpamProxy Users
With MailStore version 25.2, NoSpamProxy users can now archive their e-mails. To do this, NoSpamProxy is configured via a connector to forward e-mails to the MailStore Gateway.
NoSpamProxy is a leading e-mail security solution that provides reliable protection against malicious software, ransomware, and unwanted mail, as well as secure e-mail encryption, easy and secure sending of large files, and effortless management of e-mail disclaimers.
Other Improvements
In MailStore 25.2, some third-party components have been updated to further improve the security of our software. In addition, the audit log now contains more details when login attempts fail. More minor improvements and bug fixes can be found in our change log.
Updated Certification: Meeting Data Privacy Requirements
As usual, the latest version of our software, MailStore Server and MailStore SPE version 25.2, has been certified by an independent data privacy expert.
The certificate takes into account all relevant aspects of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and confirms that both MailStore Server and MailStore SPE meet all requirements set out in the GDPR for processing personal data when used appropriately.
