MailStore Version 24.3 Enhanced Search Functionality
Today we are pleased to announce a new version of our email archiving software: MailStore Server, MailStore Service Provider Edition (SPE), and MailStore Home version 24.3 are now available.
New Features in MailStore Version 24.3
MailStore V24.3 includes a small but significant improvement in our search functionality for administrators and users of our email archiving solutions, MailStore Server, MailStore SPE, and MailStore Home.
Enhanced Search Functionality
Previously, individual search terms in the MailStore search function were automatically linked with a logical AND. With the new version, individual search terms can also be associated with an OR. To do this, simply enclose individual search terms in square brackets. This new feature makes searching archived email data even easier and more accurate. Example: "[to:Tim to:Ralf]" search finds all archived emails sent to Tim or Ralf. Previously, this would have required two separate search queries.

Enhanced Product Security
MailStore Version 24.3 enhances product security by replacing an older third-party component with registered functions.
Updated Certificate: Meeting Data Privacy Requirements
As always, the latest version of our software, MailStore Server and MailStore SPE Version 24.3, has been approved by an independent data privacy expert.
The certificate takes into account all aspects of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and confirms that both MailStore Server and MailStore SPE meet all the requirements specified in the GDPR for processing personal data when used appropriately.
