MailStore Version 25.4 - Microsoft Exchange Server SE Support and Enhanced Compatibility Features
New Features in MailStore Version 25.4 You can look forward to enhanced auditing, a new export method, Microsoft Exchange Server SE support, and many other new features and improvements with MailStore 25.4.
Improved Auditing
The MailStore audit log is important for security audits and helps compliance officers verify that the archiving system is properly configured and used in accordance with laws and regulations such as KVKK, GoBD, and GDPR. With MailStore V25.4, we added export and deletion features for internal audit logs. Regularly exporting and backing up audit logs maximizes data protection and helps auditors analyze the data. After exporting, the logs can be optionally deleted to save disk space.
New Export Method
A new export profile allows selected archives to be exported as signed and compressed EML files. This facilitates secure data migration between other MailStore solutions, including original archive dates. Digital signatures protect the exported emails from tampering. New Message Search Criterion
Administrators can now search for message IDs to determine and verify which archive contains a specific message.
Microsoft Exchange Server SE Support
Microsoft Exchange Server SE is the latest version of the popular Microsoft (on-premises email server) internal email server. MailStore 25.4 seamlessly integrates with the new Exchange Server (Subscription Edition) Subscription Version, just like previous versions. MailStore can synchronize users and mailboxes and archive and restore email messages through built-in APIs and various archiving methods.
Other Improvements
A few minor improvements, which MailStore administrators will find useful, include automatically updating auditor permissions and gradually removing emails from daily mailboxes (journal mailboxes) and multi-mailboxes (multidrop mailboxes).
Software security is the highest priority for MailStore. Therefore, several third-party components have been updated to their latest versions and the Windows authentication standard has been changed to Kerberos.

Updated Certification: Meeting Data Privacy Requirements
As usual, the latest version of our software, MailStore Server 25.4, has been approved by an independent data privacy expert.
The certificate takes into account all relevant aspects of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR and KVKK) and confirms that MailStore Server meets all the requirements for processing personal data as specified in KVKK and GDPR when used appropriately.
