Four Reasons Why End-Users Should Access MailStore

Flexible Access

MailStore Server enables all users to easily and extremely quickly access their emails via the MailStore Client, Outlook add-in, Web Access, and Mobile Web Access. Users can directly access their emails within the familiar working environment through the Outlook add-in. As an alternative to the incredibly powerful full-text search, access is possible via the original folder structure that MailStore matches during archiving. This means that users can find the folders created in Microsoft Outlook unchanged in the archive after archiving.

Speed

Looking for an email? It's right here! MailStore Server provides extremely fast full-text search for emails and all types of file attachments. The Quick Search feature allows users to directly search all emails in the archives they can access. Quick search is particularly suitable for simple search requests. Alternatively, users can use the Extended Search feature. This function can be used to perform complex search operations related to fields such as date or email size, in addition to the content of the email. For repeated search requests, it is possible to save the relevant search criteria and access them later by using the Create Search Folder function.

"The solution is extremely flexible and easy to use. MailStore Server was very well received by our users, especially due to its quick search feature." Phil Antill, IT and Facilities Manager at Winbro

Retrieve, Reply to, or Forward Emails

Did you accidentally delete an email? Users can restore emails from the archive with a single mouse click. The administrator no longer needs to go through a time-consuming process to rescue them from the backup. Alternatively, users can also open archived emails directly in Microsoft Outlook or another email client (without restoration) to reply or forward them.

Mailbox Quotas Are No Longer Necessary

Is your mailbox full? Email archiving completely eliminates the need to use mailbox quotas as a way to limit the usage of storage capacity on a mail server. Users are no longer forced to go through a time-consuming process of constantly deleting "less important" emails or storing them externally, for example in PST files, which can cause various problems.

"When using Exchange Server 2007, we had to set mailbox storage quotas to control the continuously increasing data volume. This was clearly a disadvantage for users who had to actively manage their mailboxes. Thanks to MailStore Server, we were able to effectively solve this problem." Ashley Hunt, Systems Coordinator at PGA Australia
