Integrity via Journaling
MailStore Server allows you to fully archive all emails within a company. For example, emails can be archived before being delivered to employees' mailboxes. More information about Journaling
Original Archiving
An archived email is identical to the original email in every way and can be restored from the archive without any loss of information if needed.
Tampon Dayanıklı Storage
MailStore generates SHA hash values from the email content and uses internal AES-256 encryption. This helps protect archived data against tampering.
Tampon Dayanıklı Exports
MailStore Server does not restrict businesses to a specific file format. All archived emails can be exported in a single step at any time. Cryptographic signatures can be added to the exported emails, helping protect them against tampering even outside of the archive.
Retention Policies
Administrators can define advanced retention policies that give them full control over the periods during which different types of emails are archived. They can define whether and when emails are automatically deleted from the archive, allowing them to comply with different retention periods that may be mandated by legal requirements. These policies can help customers fulfill their obligations under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More information about Retention Policies
Legal Hold
If the Legal Hold feature is enabled, no emails can be deleted from the archive regardless of any other possible configurations for user privileges and retention periods.
Logging
MailStore Server uses an integrated control function to consistently log changes and events defined by the administrator.
Auditor Access
A special auditor user type allows external auditors to access the archive. All actions performed by this user type are always logged.
Help with eDiscovery Scenarios
Archive search can also be performed at the company level to help with eDiscovery. This allows a company to perform a search across its entire email portfolio in a single step.
